Rules & Regulations

Admission
1. Parents should submit the application for admission in a prescribed form duly signed along with Transfer Certificate, original Birth Certificate and the Original Marks Card from the school last attended.
2. Candidate for admission have to pass a written test
3. Correct date of birth should be given at the time of admission, the date of birth once registered shall not be altered.
4. Every candidate should pay the admission and special fees at the time of admission
5. The prescribed admission fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Payment Of Fees
1. School fees should be paid to the Cashier and receipt should be obtained.
2. Tuition fee should be paid before 7th of each month. A grace period of 5 days is allowed after which a fine is levied. Defaulters may not be permitted to appear for examination.
3. All fees must be paid through the office counter and receipt immediately be obtained, which must be retained by the pupil. The school fee card should be presented at the counter while paying the fees. Fees will be received during working days between 8-30 a.m. to 12-30 p.m.
Withdrawal
1. Parents / Guardians desirous of withdrawing their wards from the school will normally apply in the prescribed form
2. The T.C., Conduct Certificate and other Certificate will not be issued to the defaulters of school's library books, etc.
3. If the head of the institution finds the performance/behaviour of any pupil unsatisfactory and order for withdrawal of such pupil. It is obligatory on the parents/guardian to withdraw such pupil
Attendance
1. Punctual and regular attendance is absolutely essential Minimum attendance to put in by the pupil in a year is 75% of the working days of the school. Serious notice will be taken of any irregularities.
Leave
1. Leave of absence must be secured by the leave calendar signed by the parents or guardian before it is availed. Absence due to sickness must be notified immediately with a medical certificate. If a pupil is absence without leave for more than a month his/her name may be struck off the rolls
Conduct & Discipline
1. Students should abide by the School Rules of conduct and discipline.
2. Pupil should be punctual, regular, honest, neat, clean in dress and refined in behaviour.
3. Pupil should bring to the class all necessary note books and the text books according to the time table. No other books, news paper and periodical can be brought to the school premises without the principal's permission.
4. Any kind of damage done to school property must be made good by the parents.
5. Students are expected to maintain silence in their class rooms during the working hours. Pupils should stand up when the teacher enters the class room. Pupils should not leave their class room during any period.
6. While going to the assembly, P.T. classes or when changing the classroom, the pupil must walk in silence side.
7. Students should reach the school 10 minutes before the school starts. School gate will be closed at 8.30 a.m.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during interval or school hours without the permission of principal.
9. The school is not responsible for any loss i.e., books, money, cloths and other articles. It is not advisable for pupils to have money or valuable articles with them.
10. Speaking in English is a MUST in school.
11. Students are expected to treat the furniture, books etc., with great care and keep the school premises clean and tidy.
12. Students coming to school in a dirty state, suffering from skin complaint, cough, running fever, un-tidy dress, hair etc., will be refused admission to class Persistant dis-obedience, unruly behaviour, indecency, habitual idleness, rigidity, unjustified absence, neglect of studies and indifference to school works will render them liable for dismissal.
13. All the students should endeavour to keep the high tone of the school by excelling in good manner.
14. Parents/Guardian are requested to go through the prospectus carefully and co-operate with management of the school to maintain the discipline and decorum of the school.
Promotion
1. Marks of all unit test and examination will be taken into consideration.
2. Rules of promotion from one class to another are those which are prescribed by the Public Instruction.

School Activities

Activities
1. In order to faster the esprit-de-corps and to ensure healthy competition among student games, sports activities and all co-curricular activities are conducted. Competition in debate, essay writing, elocution etc., are organised
2. COMPUTER CLASSES: Computerisation is fast entering in our day to day life and it has become necessary that our children should know about computer, its uses and application from the school level, keeping this in view a computer course has been introduced.
3. LITERARY ASSOCIATION: There are literary associations for all the languages viz., English, Kannada, Hindi, Arabic, Tamil and Urdu. Students are trained in art of writing and public speaking. The pupils are encouraged to participate in the literary competitions.
School Uniform
All the boys and girls should wear school uniforms and tie. School uniform gives the wearer a sense of decorum, equality with others, feeling of oneness etc., Uniform must be provided by the parents or guardians and ties must be purchased from the school office.

BOYS Fawn colour with stripe shirts, Fawn colour pants, Fawn colour socks & Black Shoe.
FRIDAYS WHITE uniform with white socks and White canvas shoe
SATURDAYS Houses Colour with White socks and White shoe.
Every child admitted to school must have complete uniform, exact in colour pattern. Any Child who is not abiding is liable to be sent home.
Prayer
Before Meals I will begin in the name of Lord and with the blessing of Lord.
After Meals Praise be to Lord who fed us and gave us drink and made us true believers.
